Conscript soldier dies at military base in Ust-Kamenogorsk

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A conscript soldier has died after an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at a military garrison in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the garrison's press service reported on Sunday.
