Kazakh parliament passes new national building code with earthquake safety rules

ASTANA. Dec. 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Majilis, the lower house of Kazakhstan's parliament, approved Senate amendments to a new national construction code at a plenary session on Monday.
