Chinese company to build new $300 mln seaport in Kazakhstan by 2028


ASTANA. Nov 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A new $300 million seaport is planned for construction in the Karakiya district of the Mangystau region, regional governor Nurdaulet Kilybai said on Tuesday.
