Russia, Kazakhstan discuss new subsea fiber-optic cable across Caspian Sea

ASTANA. Oct 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia and Kazakhstan are in active discussions on a joint project to deploy a subsea fiber-optic cable across the Caspian Sea, Russian Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadayev announced Thursday.
