Kazakh leader says Azerbaijan-Armenia peace deal opens new horizons for regional cooperation

ASTANA. Oct 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday praised the peace declaration between Azerbaijan and Armenia as a "watershed" moment that opens new horizons for cooperation across the region.
