ASTANA. Oct 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Caspian Pipeline Consortium put the Single Point Mooring Unit No. 2 (SPM-2) back into service about a month after it was shut down due to an oil leak, CPC CEO Nikolai Gorban told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Week.
