CIS states' full-fledged involvement in forming Caspian logistics hub necessary - Turkmen president

ASHGABAT. Oct 13 (Interfax) - The full-fledged participation of the CIS states in the formation of the Caspian logistics hub is necessary, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov said at a session of the CIS Council of Heads of State in Dushanbe.
