OPEC+ produces 330,000 bpd less than plan in Sept, Russia falls short by 94,000 bpd

MOSCOW. Oct 13 (Interfax) - OPEC+ member states increased oil output by 540,000 barrels per day (bpd) in September, but fell short of the plan by 334,000 bpd, OPEC said in a monthly report.
