ASTANA. Sept 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakhstan Atomic Energy Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) have signed a joint statement on the sidelines of the 69th session of the IAEA General Conference, the press service of the atomic energy agency reports.
