SCO gets observer status in CIS

MINSK. Sept 1 (Interfax) - The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has received observer status with the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The corresponding decision was made at the SCO summit in Tianjin on Monday.
