Tokayev acknowledges Nazarbayev’s role in adoption of Kazakhstan’s Constitution

ASTANA. Aug 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev underscored the decisive role played by Kazakhstan’s first president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, in the process of adopting the country’s Constitution.
