Kazakh leader urges global nuclear disarmament on test-site closure anniversary

ASTANA. Aug 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Friday urged the international community to strengthen efforts toward nuclear disarmament and a global ban on nuclear testing.
