Kazakhstan to provide free mobile access to eGov, Aitu, eOtinish


ASTANA. Aug 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh government announced that citizens will have permanent, free access to essential state digital services even with a zero or negative mobile account balance.
