EU lifts certain restrictions under 18th package of sanctions to allow Kazakh coal transit via Russian ports

ASTANA. July 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The European Union has exempted deals involving certain Russian ports from its 18th package of sanctions to allow the transit of Kazakh coal, Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Trade and Integration said in a Tuesday statement.
