BRUSSELS. July 18 (Interfax) - The Council of the European Union has added another 105 vessels to the list of what it sees as a shadow fleet engaged primarily in transporting Russian oil, bringing their total number to 444, as part of the 18th sanctions package on Russia, the Council said on Friday.
