Early crediting of farmers in Kazakhstan to become standard practice - Agriculture Minister

ASTANA. June 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The practice of early preferential financing for Kazakh farmers, where loans are issued long before the planting season, is to be established as standard practice, stated Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov.
