Former railways chief appointed as Kazakhstan's new transport minister


ALMATY. June 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev appointed Nurlan Saurambayev, former head of the national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), as the country's new transport minister, according to a presidential decree published Monday.
