ASTANA. June 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is exploring the technical capacity for increasing Russian oil transit to China through its territory, and the decision will be made in a couple of months, Kazakh Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
