Kazakhstan and China discuss construction of coal-chemical plant in Karaganda region

ASTANA. June 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s National Company QazaqGaz and China’s Shandong Energy Group are in talks to build a coal-chemical plant with an annual capacity of 2 billion cubic meters of gas in the Karaganda region, central Kazakhstan, the government’s press service said in a Monday statement.
