Kazakhstan's nuclear plant operator to bear full liability for potential incidents - agency

ASTANA. June 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The operator of Kazakhstan’s planned nuclear power plant will assume full responsibility for the facility’s operation, including any potential accidents and resulting damages, the country’s atomic energy agency stated Monday.
