AltynAlmas acquires Maikainzoloto for 6 bln tenge

ALMATY. June 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - AK Altynalmas JSC has purchased a stake in Maikainzoloto JSC, previously owned by Rense Enterprises Limited, for 6.06 billion tenge, according to the company’s consolidated financial statements.
