Tokayev praises high level of friendship with Russia in congratulatory message to Putin

ASTANA. June 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent a telegram to Russian President Vladimir Putin to congratulate him on the Day of Russia, the press service of the Kazakh leader said in a Thursday statement.
