Kazakhstan mobilizes 37,000 personnel and 13,000 units of equipment to combat spring floods

ASTANA. March 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations has deployed a flood response force, including over 37,000 personnel and 13,000 units of equipment, to address possible floods this spring, the government’s press service said in a Thursday press release.
