Kazakh Energy Ministry, Subsoil Users agreed on compensation schedule to meet OPEC + commitments
ASTANA. March 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- The head of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan Almasadam Satkaliyev agreed with major subsoil users on the schedule for fulfilling obligations to OPEC and compensating for excess production, the Energy Ministry said.
