Kazakhstan plans parental control SIM cards for children

ASTANA. Feb 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is considering introducing parental control SIM cards to restrict children's access to certain websites and social media platforms, Deputy Minister of Education Yedil Ospan announced.
