MOSCOW. March 7 (Interfax) - The volume of oil pumped through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) system in March will primarily depend on the plans of shippers, rather than on restrictions related to the February attack on the Kropotkinskaya pumping station, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told journalists.
