Astana Forensic Center officials and supplier arrested for embezzling 2 billion tenge

ASTANA. March 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The director of Astana's Center for Forensic Expertise, the head of the state procurement department, and the head of a supplier company have been arrested in Kazakhstan for allegedly embezzling over 2 billion tenge ($4.5 million) in budget funds.
