Fuels and lubricants’ prices in Kazakhstan would be higher without state regulation – Energy Minister

ASTANA. Feb 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Fuels and lubricants’ prices without state regulation would have been equal to those in neighboring countries, Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev said.
