Halyk Bank, Kaspi Bank and VTB Bank resume issue of payment cards to non-residents
ALMATY. Feb 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan-based Halyk Bank, Kaspi Bank and Subsidiary Bank JSC VTB Bank have resumed the issue of payment cards to non-residents.
