Kazakh PM sets March deadline for implementing flood control and mitigation strategies

ASTANA. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has instructed regional governors and several ministries to finalize flood risk management and emergency response plans by early March.
