Residents of board and care home for seniors in Pavlodar region have been subjected to physical abuse – Prosecutor General's Office

ASTANA. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prosecutors conducted an inspection at one of the board and care homes in the town of Aksu, the Pavlodar region, to reveal that its residents have been physically abused and beaten by the personnel, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office said in a Thursday press release.
