Russian MP sees Putin-Trump phone call as start of process to unfreeze Russian-U.S. official contacts

MOSCOW. Feb 13 (Interfax) - Wednesday's phone conversation of Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump has set off a process to unfreeze Russian-U.S. official contacts, Chairman of the Russian State Duma's Foreign Affairs Committee Leonid Slutsky said.
