Kaspi.kz co-owner Vyacheslav Kim seeks to acquire 97.5% stake in Jusan Bank

ASTANA. Feb 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Vyacheslav Kim, the co-owner and chairman of the board of directors at Kaspi.kz, has said he applied with the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market for the acquisition of a 97.5% holding in Kazakhstan-based Jusan Bank.
