MINSK. Feb 11 (Interfax) - The CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will address cooperation between the defense ministries and border services of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) members in Almaty, according to the meeting agenda basically approved at a special meeting of the CIS Council of Permanent Representatives in Minsk on Tuesday, the CIS Executive Committee's press service said.
