ALMATY. Feb 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Telecommunications company Freedom Telecom (a subsidiary of Freedom Holding) and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan (MDDIA) have signed memorandums on cooperation in the construction of the West-East fiber-optic hyperhighway and the creation of data processing centres (DPC), the ministry's press service reported.
