ASTANA. Feb 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Teniz Zhasagy JSC of the Kazakh Emergencies Ministry and the Azerbaijan State Oil Company SOCAR have signed an agreement within the framework of cooperation in oil spill response in the Caspian Sea, the press service of the Emergency Ministry reported on Thursday.
