Kazakhstan's Kaspi bank and Home Credit Bank suspend issue of payment cards to non-residents
ASTANA. Jan 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Two banks in Kazakhstan -- Kaspi bank and Home Credit Bank -- have temporarily suspended the issue of debit cards to non-residents, an Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent said.
