ASTANA. Jan 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia and Kazakhstan have announced plans to launch a joint agricultural biotechnology park, as part of a new action plan to boost agricultural cooperation. The agreement was signed in Moscow on Tuesday by Oksana Lut, Russia’s Agriculture Minister, and Aidarbek Saparov, Kazakhstan’s Agriculture Minister.
