OPEC+ cuts oil production by 70,000 bpd in Dec, was 285,000 bpd below plan, Iraq 130,000 bpd higher

MOSCOW. Jan 15 - OPEC countries produced 26.741 million barrels of oil per day in December, up by 26,000 bpd compared to November, the organization said in its monthly report.
