Kazakhstan ratifies changes to EBRD agreement, easing capital rules

ASTANA. Jan 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Senate has approved a law to ratify changes to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Agreement, lifting restrictions on the bank’s use of statutory capital for its regular operations.
