ASTANA. Nov 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan must begin construction of a new oil refinery by 2032 to address an anticipated shortage of refined products, according to a report by Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev, shared by the Ministry of Energy.
