ASTANA. Nov 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is evaluating the potential to expand its oil exports via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, with plans to increase the volume from 1.5 million tonnes to 20 million tonnes per year, according to Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev.
