BAKU. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan signed on Wednesday a memorandum on the transfer of renewable energy through the Caspian Sea, said Hikmet Hajiyev, the assistant to the president of Azerbaijan and the head of the foreign policy department of the presidential administration.
