Majilis has approved in first reading bill allowing creation of self-defense units in Kazakhstan


ASTANA. Oct 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Majilis, the lower chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, approved on Wednesday in the first reading a Draft Law on Territorial Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and accompanying amendments.
