Otbasy Bank considers IPO amid strong financial performance


ASTANA. Oct 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The operator of state housing programs, JSC Otbasy Bank (formerly Zhilstroysberbank), is considering going public through an IPO, according to the bank's response to an inquiry from Interfax-Kazakhstan.
