ASTANA. Oct 28 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated his Kazakh counterpart Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Republic Day, a public holiday in Kazakhstan celebrated on October 25, the Kazakh presidential press service said on Friday.
