Inflow of 2 billion cubic meters of water increases fish population in Aral Sea
ASTANA. Oct 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - This year, over 2 billion cubic meters of water have flowed into the Aral Sea, reducing its salinity and increasing the fish population, according to Zeynolla Kaztoghanov, Deputy Head of the Aral-Syrdarya Basin Inspection.
