MOSCOW. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Ashgabat on October 11 to take part in an international forum marking the 300th anniversary of great Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Fragi, presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
