ASTANA. Oct 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s volume of compensation for oil overproduction under the OPEC+ deal is expected to reach its maximum level in October due to an overhaul project at the largest oil and gas field Kashagan, the Energy Ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
