President Tokayev: high public scrutiny of akims is justified, but unnecessary hype must be avoided
ALMATY. Oct 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev believes that the public's high expectations and critical scrutiny of akims (mayors and governors) are justified, but he cautioned against crossing boundaries and generating unnecessary hype.
